1) At Kravico, we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry without seeing & feeling it, hence in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide a convenient 30-day return policy
2) Payment will be refunded to the customer through the same payment mode through which the payment was made after we receive the product & access it. For e.g.: if the customer has ordered through a credit card, the cancellation amount will be credited back to the same account. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
3) The product should be in new condition and damaged/ worn-out products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy. If a product is found damaged during assessment or an item is found missing accordingly charges shall apply.
4)In case of a fake product received via the user HE/SHE will be banned from our platform and No refund will be given.
5)A video & photo of the product is required to be submitted during the return process which is mandatory to initiate the return process.
6)We will create a return shipment and hence we will provide a shipping label.
7)All the items in the box should be returned including the box, tag, label, jewelry certificate, diamond certificate, or any gift that is given, If the gift or any items are not returned charges will apply.
8) The refund amount will be returned excluding all offers & promotions, the same amount as the final bill.
