- Polishing: We offer complimentary polishing services to restore the shine of your jewelry.
- Stone Tightening: If the stones in your jewelry become loose, we will tighten them for you, ensuring they remain secure.
- Cleaning: We provide free cleaning services to maintain the brilliance of your jewelry.
- Rhodium Plating: For pieces that require rhodium plating, we offer this service as part of the warranty, enhancing the appearance of your jewelry.
- Shipping: 1 year free return shipping.
Not Covered: While our lifetime warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover certain situations and expenses, including:
- Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs incurred when sending your jewelry to us after 1 Year of the purchase date or when we send it back to you are not covered under the warranty.
- Damaged Products: If your jewelry is damaged due to accidents, misuse, or any other reasons, repairs are not covered under the warranty. However, we do offer repair services at a separate charge.
- Lost Diamonds/Stones: If a diamond or stone is missing from your jewelry, we can replace it for you at an additional charge.
- Repairing Damaged Products: Repairs for damaged products, including but not limited to, bent prongs, broken chains, or any other issues resulting from wear and tear or accidents, are not covered under the warranty. However, we do provide repair services for such situations at an additional cost.
Warranty Claim Process: To avail of the lifetime warranty services, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the warranty claim process. Provide details of the issue and the piece of jewelry in question.
- Shipping: If applicable, you are responsible for shipping the jewelry to us after 1 year. Please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit, if item doesn’t reach us we are not responsible for it. (after 1 year customer will bear shipping charges both side, under 1 year we will bear both sides.)
- Assessment: Our experts will assess the jewelry and determine the necessary services covered under the warranty.
- Cost Estimation: If any services not covered under the warranty are required, we will provide you with a cost estimation for your approval before proceeding with the repairs or replacements.
- Completion: Once the necessary services are completed and any additional charges settled, we will ship the jewelry back to you securely.
Note: Please keep your original purchase receipt as proof of your lifetime warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
