🔄 Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

In case the product is received in damaged, defective, or tampered packaging, kindly refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at care@kravico.com with your Order ID.

If you simply didn’t like the product, raise a return request by logging in to your account (using the same email used for your order).

We’ll arrange for reverse pickup from your doorstep. If reverse pickup is not available, you will be required to self-ship the item to the address we provide.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details will be required).
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Items must be in unused and original condition with packaging.

In case of a price difference, the amount will be credited to your Kravico wallet.

Customized or engraved products are not eligible for exchange.

Products once exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
🛍 Special Offers & Sets

Buy 1 Get 1 / Buy 2 Get 2 offers: Full order must be returned or exchanged. Partial returns or exchanges are not allowed.

Free gifts received with the order must be returned if the main product is returned.
📹 Important Note
Please record a video while unboxing your order. This helps us in verifying issues like missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Without this video, we may not be able to process return or replacement requests.

📦 Partial Returns & Wallet Credit

If you return part of an order, the remaining items will be recalculated for discounts (if any), and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

In case of multiple return/exchange requests for the same order, store credit will be allowed only twice.

Always get a pickup receipt or tracking proof when handing over a return item.
