At Kravico, we craft jewelry designed to last — and we stand by it with a 2-Year (730 Days) Warranty on gold plating.

 

 

💎 2-Year Plating Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty (730 days) on the gold plating of all our demi-fine jewelry. If your piece fades or tarnishes within this period, we’ve got you covered.

 

 

🛠️ How to Claim

  1. Click a clear photo of the tarnished or affected piece.

  2. Email us at care@kravico.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Photo evidence

    • A short warranty claim request

  3. Once approved, self-ship the product to our official address (shared in the reply) and send us the courier tracking number.

  4. After we verify the product, you’ll receive store credit as per the timeline below.

 

💳 Store Credit Terms

  • 0–6 months: 50% of invoice value

  • 6–12 months: 30% of invoice value

  • 12–24 months: 15% of invoice value

(Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.)

 

 

🚫 What’s Not Covered

  • Damage or breakage due to wear & tear or mishandling

  • Third-party alterations or resizing

  • Loss or breakage of stones/crystals

  • Customized or engraved pieces
